No. We cannot certify or notarize copies of vital records. These must be obtained directly from the county or state that issued them.

A valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID card is required for all signers. The ID must be current or meet state validity requirements.

No. All signers must appear in person, with valid ID, at the time of notarization.

Yes, as long as the notary and signer can communicate directly in a common language. However, the notary is not responsible for translating or verifying the content.

If you don’t have one, Arizona law allows for credible witnesses. Individuals who personally know you and can vouch for your identity. Both you and the witnesses must be present, and the witnesses must have valid IDs.
